"32 Degrees" Sauvignon Blanc: The 2021 "32 Degrees" Sauvignon Blanc is vibrant, focused and well-balanced. Enticing aromas with opulent flavors of apple, mango, lemon, and honeysuckle. The grapes are whole clustered into the wine press to ensure retention of the natural acid within the fruit. Stainless Steel fermented and aged.
"Restoration" Chardonnay: Sourced from two vineyards in Carneros and Yountville, the terroir from both regions shine through in this opulent Chardonnay. Enticing aromas and flavors of pear, honeysuckle and pineapple shine through with minerality and clean, long lasting acidity for a beautifully balanced wine. 100% stainless steel fermented, then aged in 50% 3 year old neutral French Oak barrels and the remaining 50% in stainless steel tanks. 2023 TEXSOM Silver Award Winner.
